The Benefits for Children

Another law-in-draft that was supported by the Committee with strong social slant involves making changes to the law "On Militia". It aims to protect the interests of minor children of employees of the Interior, who died while on duty, because of military trauma or diseases, received during the period of service. The authors of the initiative are deputies Nikolai Namashco, Ilona Tyuryaeva and Valery Chervonooky feel the necessity to save benefits for orphans to pay utilities.

Members of the Committee on social policy consider that the law should come into force from January 1, 2016. They will recommend the deputies to adopt it in the second reading.
