Correction of the basic law

The norms allowing conducting the educational process remotely will appear in the basic law "On Education". This concerns the emergence of extraordinary circumstances, the introduction of a special legal regime on the territory of the republic. The authors of the amendments were the deputies of the profile committee. The right is also granted to conduct remotely planned certification of heads of organizations and teachers. It will be possible for study or work to provide scanned documents, and not only documents on paper.

The law-in-draft is being prepared by deputies for adoption in the first reading. The profile committee will consider all proposals that will be received, based on the experience of conducting classes in remote mode for the second reading.
