The Committee on Economic Policy prepared a number of laws for adoption in the second reading

Parliamentarians considered amendments and additions to a number of laws related to the activities of entrepreneurs at the meeting of the Committee on Economic Policy on the 14th of March.

Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which were considered by the deputies in the second reading, improve the mechanism for bringing to administrative responsibility for violating the procedure for carrying out individual entrepreneurial activities, as well as the use of cash registers.

Amendments to the Law “On the State Tax Service of the PMR” were considered in the course of the meeting in the second reading. Representatives of the tax authorities are proposed to be given the right to carry out a test purchase in order to increase the efficiency of control and supervision regarding the issuance by individual entrepreneurs and legal entities to buyers (clients) of a cash receipt.

The parliamentarians considered amendments to the law “Special Tax Regime – Simplified Taxation System”. The amendments, which relate to the foreign economic activity of individual entrepreneurs and peasant (farm) enterprises, as well as the rules for providing information about an individual entrepreneur at the place of his activity and the use of accounts for non-cash payments, are being made.

The adopted legislations will be included in the agenda of the next plenary session of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.
