Phased work continues

The Supreme Council continues work on developed by a group of deputies and adopted in the first reading the law-in-draft "On the order of entry in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and exit from Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic", "On Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in PMR", "On Migration Registration foreign citizens and stateless persons in PMR ","On the right of PMR citizens to freedom of movement, choice of place of residence within Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic". The package of legislations designed to address the entire spectrum of relations arising between the public authorities and foreign citizens, stateless persons and citizens of PMR in the sphere of ​​migration, which are currently regulated by legislative acts. The provisions of legislative initiatives are based on the norms of Russian analogues based on Pridnestrovian features. The authors have proposed less strict limitation of the duration and order of entry and stay of foreign citizens in Pridnestrovie, as well as take into account how they are used today residence registration and other features of regulation and control over migration processes.

Within two hours the working group members discussed the amendments proposed to the law-in-draft "On the order of entry into Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and exit from Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic". Almost four decades of them were received. Not all of them were supported. Some require additional study.

The decision to work in stages, concentrating on each initiative individually, is due to their importance and volume regulated legal relations.
