To exclude cashback from taxation

The Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance considered a package of legislations that will help create favorable conditions in the field of taxation for the domestic tourism development. Additions are made to three laws at once: "On the Unified Social Tax and Mandatory Insurance Contribution", "On Corporate Income Tax" and "On Personal Income Tax".

It is planned that the income of organizations providing services to Pridnestrovians in the domestic tourism market will increase with the adoption of these changes to the legislation. It will entail an increase in tax payments to the budget. The deputies of the Economic Policy Committee agreed with the Government's initiative. The package of initiatives has been prepared for adoption at the plenary session in two readings at once.
