Amendments to the rules of customs and currency legislation

Profile Committee recommends the adoption the initiative of Vadim Krasnoselsky aimed at clarifying the concept of "priority order" in the context of customs clearance procedures in the second reading. Another discussed amendment to the currency legislation proposed by the Government. We are talking about mandatory sale of foreign currency earnings. Today, the maximum fixed at 25%. The government insists on 100% sale. Members of the Committee on Entrepreneurship and the business community are opposed. They say that without a reserve currency funds, businesses will break contracts thus lose the opportunity to make the most of this new volume of currency, the country much needed today. In addition, differences in the course of buying and selling are additional losses. The Committee on Entrepreneurship voted for the preparation of a negative conclusion to this initiative.
