The Initiative based on Citizens' Appeals

15.07.2025

A simplified procedure for registering land plots with a house or other real estate objects is in effect in Pridnestrovie until the end of 2026. Residents of all villages and cities, except Tiraspol, Bendery and Dnestrovsk, can register a plot without mandatory reference to the geodetic network. Only state Bureau of Technical Inventory can carry out technical inventory and registration of real estate objects at the same time. This condition is spelled out in the law that the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic adopted last fall in order to suspend the norm on mandatory geodesy. Deputy Speaker Galina Antyufeeva, based on citizens' appeals, proposed to grant the right to conduct technical inventory and registration of objects also to an organization that has received a license to carry out such activities. She presented the law-in-draft to her colleagues at a meeting of the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Citizens' Rights and Freedoms.

The Deputy Speaker informed her colleagues of the Committee that an amendment was prepared due to the negative conclusion of the Government, according to which it was proposed to allow accepting documents from people if the technical inventory was carried out by a private organization before August 1. The amendment to the law-in-draft establishes a ban on such actions after this date.

The deputies of the relevant Committee supported the proposed law-in-draft on amending the law "On Certain Additional State Measures Aimed at Minimizing the Negative Impact of External Economic Factors". The initiative will be considered in two readings in the course of the plenary session of the Supreme Council.
