Information from the PMR Arbitration Court on its work in 2024

The Committee on Legislation, Protection of Citizens' Rights and Freedoms has prepared a draft resolution of the Supreme Council on information from the Arbitration Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on the results of its activities for 2024. The Chairperson of the Committee, Vice-Speaker Galina Antyufeeva noted that the amount of collections on writs of execution for the reporting period increased several times and amounted to 6 million 865 thousand rubles. For comparison, the amount of collections was 1 million 861 thousand rubles in 2023. In addition, Galina Antyufeeva emphasized the importance of ensuring access to information on decisions of the Arbitration Court of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

The Supreme Council deputies will hear the Arbitration Court's report on the results of its work for the past year at a plenary session, where they will be able to ask questions of interest to the leadership of the judicial authority.
