29.05.2017

The main topic of today's meeting of the parliamentary committee on public associations, sports, information and youth policy was the discussion of candidates for the post of editors-in-chief of state-run media. Lidiya Kolodka, the head of the State Mass Media Service, acquainted the potential leaders of parliamentarians with potential leaders. The post of editor-in-chief of the First Pridnestrovian TV Channel is invited to appoint Viktor Savchenko - the author of "The Reflection" TSV weekly information and analytical program. The government proposes to Svetlana Kupurzhanova as the head of Radio 1, who passed the way from the correspondent to the editor of this media. It is proposed to approve Alexander Karasev, a member of the Union of Journalists of the USSR and PMR as editor-in-chief of the newspaper Pridnestrovie. Previously, he headed the Tiraspol College of Commerce. The editorial office of "The Gomin" newspaper will continue to be headed by Alexander Yushin, who has been holding this post since 2015. Head of "The Adevarul Nistryan" newspaper will continue to work with Sergey Sandu, who has been working in this publication since 2001. The Committee supported the candidatures submitted by the Government. The final decision will be taken by the deputy corps during the next plenary session. Another issue that parliamentarians will consider is the possibility of joint co-creation of state-run media, the news agency Pridnestrovian News. The corresponding draft resolution of the Supreme Council was supported by the responsible committee.
