The State Program for Concessional Lending

Deputies of the committee considered the draft state target program in the second reading for preferential crediting of combatants to protect the PMR, who became disabled of I or II groups. The project is designed for 6 years - from 2021 to 2026. This is a legislative initiative of a group of deputies of the Supreme Council. The law-in-draft was adopted by the previous convocation of Parliament in the first reading.

The law-in-draft defines the mechanism for providing concessional consumer loans. It is proposed to repay the loan in the form of fixed payments of the same size. The funds will be provided by the Pridnestrovian Savings Bank at 17% per annum. The borrower pays 4% per annum and 13% per annum will be covered by the republican budget at the same time.

The Committee on Economic Policy will recommend to the Supreme Council to adopt the draft law in final reading.
