The main thing is the interests of voters

The Supreme Council continues discussing the country's main financial law. The draft budget 2018 was considered by the deputies of the Committee for Development and Entrepreneurship and Industry. First deputy finance minister Dmitry Nedelkov briefed the main indicators of the lawmakers' document.

The deputies of the Committee positively assessed the emergence of the trust fund for capital investments. Earlier: it is proposed to create a separate fund, the list of objects which will include schools, kindergartens, and hospitals.

At the same time, the parliamentarians did not agree with a number of proposals of the government. Questions of deputy Vadim Kravchuk caused the norm, according to which repair and construction of roads are possible without holding a tender. Legislators are sure: in this part there must be competition.

Another proposal of the Committee is that next year it is necessary to increase the amount of funds aimed at the return of Soviet deposits. The government proposes to put into the budget 6 million rubles. The Committee considers it necessary to allocate 10 million rubles for this purpose.

Victor Guzun represents the interests of the inhabitants of Dnestrovsk in the legislature of the republic. People's Deputy is sure: the budget of Dnestrovsk should be independent.

The parliamentarian found understanding on this issue from the Government. All proposals of deputies will be issued in the form of amendments and sent to the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance.
