In the course of the meetings, that were conducted by the President with voters over the past year, a part of the most acute problems associated with migration processes was obtaining citizenship of Pridnestrovie, as well as registration and deregistration, registration on the territory of the republic. The acting one at the level of regulations system was cumbersome and confusing to residents. Vadim Krasnoselsky, when he was a Chairman of the Supreme Council instructed the responsible committee on legislation to develop a package of relevant legislations.The Order was quickly done - deputies adopted in the first reading the Law "On Citizenship of PMR", "On the order of entry into PMR and out of PMR", "On legal status of foreign citizens and persons without citizenship", "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Persons stateless in Pridnestrovie", "On the right of PMR citizens to freedom of movement, choice of place of residence within the PMR ". The Supreme Council deputies created a working group to clarify all the details and nuances in preparation of the new legal framework for the republic and the volume of documents for the second reading. About a dozen of meetings were held with the participation of officials from the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of State Security, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. After that, the legislations were adopted at today's meeting of the parliamentary committee on legislation. All of them were recommended for adoption in the second reading.

Members of the Committee recommend colleagues to adopt a package of legislations, designed to put on a legislative basis for the fight against this negative phenomenon as corruption in the second reading.

Deputies of the Parliamentary Committee on Legislation adopted amendments to the Law "On universal military service" in the first reading. It is about deferment from service in the Armed Forces of the children receiving education outside the republic.
