The first meeting of the working group on preparation of the migration package of legislations for the second reading was under the auspices of the Parliamentary Committee on Legislation. The head of the parliamentary committee on legislation, defense, security, peacekeeping, law enforcement, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens Galina Antyufeeva headed it. As part of The working group includes both Deputies of the responsible committee, and those who have practical experience of specialized services assistants - the KGB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Office for Migration, the Prosecutor's Office and others.The legislation package draft consists of four papers: "On the order of entry in PMR and exit out of PMR", "On Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in PMR", "On Migration Registration of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in PMR", "On right of PMR citizens to freedom of movement and choice of place of residence within PMR". As parliamentarians adopted a policy to harmonize Pridnestrovian legislation with Russian, then the basis for migration legislation of the Russian Federation was enforcement experience. They agreed - weekly meeting of conduct, so that within a month, having worked every article, to prepare a package of legislations for consideration in the second reading by the Committee on Legislation, and subsequently by the Supreme Council.
