Deputy of the Committee on the State and Regional Policy discussed vetoed by the head of state the law "On amendments to the Law "On state and municipal unitary enterprises". Earlier, the author - Deputy Oleg Vasilaty - proposed the creation of a legal mechanism to refine the current procedure for determination of the net profit of the unitary enterprises, which is payable to the state. According to the President, the introduction of the adopted law will violate the principle of separation of powers by interfering in the work of the executive branch. Deputies of the profile committee considered these arguments unfounded.

Parliamentarians unanimously decided to overcome presidential veto. They will recommend the deputies to adopt the law again. Members of the Committee focused on the fact that the definition of the profit of the unitary enterprises today at the legislative level is a forced measure, which is an additional source of replenishment of the republican budget for regular payment of pensions and salaries. Profile Committee recommended overcoming vetoed by the head of state the law on the distribution of profit of the unitary enterprises.
