Additional payments for work with disinfectants

Technicians who work with detergents and disinfectants will receive salary increments. It is necessary to ensure the sanitary condition of the premises today in the pandemic. Earlier, the Supreme Council lifted the restriction on additional payments to employees of medical institutions of the republic, which included technical workers. Now employees of other spheres will receive higher salaries. Changes are being made to the law on support measures during the period of emergency and quarantine.

The effect of this provision is proposed to be extended from September 1 this year. Accordingly, the employees will be recalculated. The amount of the surcharge will depend on the intensity of the work. The payment procedure will be provided by the Government.

The new norm will be prescribed in the anti-crisis law. The profile committee recommends the law-in-draft for adoption in two readings at the next plenary session.
