The long-awaited Laws

Deputies of the Committee on Legislation recommended for adoption in the first reading completely new in the legal framework for the Republic law-in-draft designed to regulate relations in the sphere of migration. This draft law "On the order of entry in PMR and out of PMR", "On Legal Status of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in PMR", "foreign citizens and persons On Migration Registration of stateless in PMR," "On the right of citizens of PMR to freedom of movement and choice of place of residence within the PMR". A group of deputies were the authors. Legislative initiatives of parliamentarians are based on Russian law, but taking into account the peculiarities of our republic - its status, size, population, multiple nationality.

According to the authors, the existing realities in the sphere of migration are not fully in line with the Constitution norms. According to the Basic Law, the restriction of the rights and freedoms of citizens is possible only at the legislative level. In this registration process, extract and registration of citizens are governed by regulations.

Head of the Committee Galina Antyufeeva called these initiatives long-awaited, as they have to solve the problems with which citizens are constantly faced.

Deputies will determine the fate of the legislations in the near future.
