The main purpose of the law-in-draft, drafted by a group of deputies of the Supreme Council is to allow drivers of fixed-route taxis at peak hours to carry standing passengers. Victor Guzun, Vadim Doni, Vadim Kravchuk and Andrei Mezhinsky proposed a number of relevant amendments to the law "On road safety". The developers studied the opinions of passengers, as well as the position of transport companies and offered to allow the drivers of fixed-route taxicabs to transport five passengers at peak hours.

The parliamentarians of the responsible committee supported in the first reading the initiative of President Vadim Krasnoselsky. The President proposes to introduce a number of amendments to the Land Code. It is a question of redistribution of powers related to land use between the government and the president. According to the law-in-draft, the development of a single policy in the sphere of state regulation of land use, approval of the procedure for granting and terminating rights to land plots should be the prerogative of the government. The main powers of the head of state in this sphere are the right to approve and change the boundaries of administrative-territorial units, as well as suburban areas.
