The main purpose of the law-in-draft, drafted by a group of deputies of the Supreme Council is to allow drivers of fixed-route taxis at peak hours to carry standing passengers. Victor Guzun, Vadim Doni, Vadim Kravchuk and Andrei Mezhinsky proposed a number of relevant amendments to the law "On road safety".
