The situation of the foreign and domestic markets, protracted currency crisis, the decline in purchasing power of citizens - these negative factors could not but affect the agricultural activities. They over the past few years have significantly reduced the volume of production, which inevitably led to an increase in its cost. Deputies of the profile committee initiated the law-in-draft, the introduction of which will develop and maintain the agricultural industry of the republic. The main proposal is to alleviate the tax burden in the form of incentives to agricultural in the amount of not less than 70% of total annual revenue.

However, the law-in-draft received a negative conclusion of the Government. Deputy Sergey Pisarenko told about the necessity of the aw-in-draft and the readiness to compromise.

Deputies of the relevant committee recommended the adoption in the first reading of the proposal by the Government of the state program "Construction, repair and reconstruction of water supply systems of villages and towns". According to preliminary calculations, the size of the expenditure required for the implementation of the state program is 45 million rubles. The proposed by the Government document the funding sources are not available, the authors propose to do their search in the frames of work in the second reading. Taing into account the urgency of this issue, Deputies agreed to continue joint work by encouraging the adoption of the law-in-draft in the first reading.

The law-in-draft, initiated by Vadim Krasnoselsky was recommended for adoption in the second reading. Its main goal is to support large families in the form of free land.
