The Disciplinary Responsibility

Parliamentarians started with discussion of the law-in-draft on amendments and addendum to the law "On status of servicemen". The president presented this legislative initiative. We are talking about legislative regulation of disciplining soldiers as conscripts and contract servicemen who have violated discipline in the military service. The fact is that at the present time, these rules apply to a regulation level and reflected in the disciplinary regulations. The law-in-draft aimed at protecting servicemen, developed as part of the harmonization of the legislation with the Russian Federation. One of the notable aspects of the legislative initiative is the presence of garrison military courts. This is to some extent can be limiting factor, since their creation in the current socio-economic situation is problematic, quite expensive.

Members of the Supreme Council Andrey Sipchenko and Yuri Sporish were the authors of the law-in-draft "On amendments to some legislative acts of PMR". We are talking about changing the rules of such laws as "On the turnover of arms and ammunition on the territory of Pridnestrovie" and "On Licensing". According to deputies, sales and repair of weapons, are not subject to official registration in the internal affairs, and that stun, gas cartridges, air gun et al., should not be subject to licensing.
