Remote work in all spheres

22.04.2021

Deputies of the Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media considered today legislations for adoption in the second reading, which provide for the possibility of organizations to work in remote format or using electronic document management.

Amendments are being made to the law "On individual (personified) registration in the state pension insurance system", which will make it possible to submit documents to the Unified State Social Insurance Fund in electronic form.

Deputies of the relevant committee will recommend the plenary session to adopt the law-in-draft in the second final reading. Another law providing the opportunity to work remotely relates to the activities of non-profit organizations. The group of deputies of the Committee proposes to enable the supreme governing bodies of non-profit organizations to make decisions on the basis of absentee voting.

The chairman of the relevant Committee emphasized that the main thing in the law-in-draft is the transitional period. Non-profit organizations will be able to decide and include in the constituent documents exactly how remote voting and the exchange of documents will be carried out – using postal, telegraph, teletype, telephone, electronic or other communications until the end of 2021. The committee will recommend to the Supreme Council to adopt amendments to the law "On non-profit organizations" in the second reading.
