What is included in the total work experience? Clarification of the norms of the law

The length of service includes not only the period of work, but also the period of study when assigning a pension. you need to submit documents confirming the receipt of vocational education in full-time education to do this. The law enforcers had an ambiguous understanding of the current norms, in practice the question arose of which periods of training should be included in the total length of service. The Supreme Council received a request from the Prosecutor's Office to interpret the norms. Therefore, it was decided to amend the law. A group of deputies of the Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare initiated amendments to the law "On State Pension Provision of Citizens in the PMR".

The deputies of the Committee supported this legislative initiative in the course of the meeting and will recommend its adoption in the first reading at one of the plenary meetings. The law-in-draft will be finalized by the second reading.
