Last composition of the Government developed law-in-draft "On state list of small objects of privatization for 2016-2017". It has been prepared on the basis of requests from ministries and agencies.

Getting to the discussion of this agenda item, the Chairman of Business and Industry Development of the Supreme Council Committee Victor Guzun asked a clarifying question: "The current composition of the government considers the law-in-draft as relevant?" Affirmative response was received from official representatives of various ministries and departments, on the balance of which are preparing for the implementation of objects. In particular, the Minister of Education Tatiana Loginova confirmed at the example of the agency that the content of unused objects is heavy burden on the state budget, accumulated debts to the utilities companies supplying them, there is no means for the maintenance and protection. Exit The government sees solution in implementation of these projects.

According to the deputy chairman of the committee Vadim Levitsky, the highest executive authority should confirm that a list of small privatization objects actually need to be implemented. In the ensuing discussions on this issue it was noted that the approach to this process, each object must be individual. Some, perhaps, should be sold for a symbolic ruble, but with the encumbrances to save collapsing buildings, it will be possible to gain some extra money for the budget for others.

It was decided by Deputies of the Committee to approve the law-in-draft in the first reading. It is not excluded that in the second reading list intended to implement the objects will be expanded. The adoption of the law-in-draft will begin the work of the members of the evaluation committees, which will determine the selling price of a particular property, which is currently owned by the state.
