The Budget Utilities Wastes

Members of the State Regional Policy Committee discussed the 2017 draft budget. They have a number of suggestions and comments. One of them is connected with the finance organizations of housing and communal services.

The second point, which members of the State Regional Policy Committee focused - is the obligation of budget organizations to pay for the services rendered by the utility and consumed energy.

Another important question is tendering. Parliamentarians suppose that competitive procedures should be as much as possible involved in budgetary relations. It is offered by half - from 200 thousand to 100 thousand rubles - to reduce the limit, which allows you to enter into contracts for the purchase of materials and the provision of services without a tender.

All comments will be reflected in a positive conclusion in the basis of the Committee, the proposals are designed in the form of amendments to the draftof  the main financial document of the next year.
