"Small" in need of support

Despite the fact that the Committee on the development of business and industry is not responsible for the adoption of the law-in-draft on the national budget for the current year, this issue on the agenda was adopted first. It can be considered a major and that’s why, probably, there is currently more important and relevant legislations, which is considered by deputies of the Supreme Council committees.

According to Deputy Finance Minister Dmitry Nedelcov, presenting the law-in- draft, since 2000 there have been no balanced budget in the country, and since 2012 the country's main financial document remained unbalanced even socially protected items. Here and in the draft budget 2016 deficit only socially protected items exceed 1 billion rubles. Deputies are now occupied by finding ways to eliminate the budget deficit.

Discussion about the need for registration of foreign economic contracts with the customs authorities appeared to be lively and interesting. According to the authors of the legislative initiative, including members of the VI convocation there are Victor Guzun and Vadim Levitsky, the abolition of this rule would remove the very notorious administrative barriers, which are widely spoken by entrepreneurs.

This amendment to the Customs Code has been recommended by the deputies to adopt by a majority vote of the members of the Committee.

Among the deputies of the Committee of the Supreme Council for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry of legislative initiatives - the possibility of payment of customs duties economic agents not only in Pridnestrovian ruble, but also in the currencies of other countries, quoted by the central bank; Pension provision of individual entrepreneurs; particularly licensing procedures of various types of business activities.
