Anti-crisis measures: global and spot

Committee on the development of business and industry will recommend to the Plenary the adoption in the final second reading of the initiative of the Supreme Council leadership the Amendments to the Law "On Customs Tariff". Vadim Krasnoselsky and Galina Antyufeeva offered to allow the importation into the country of foreign cars, production age of which does not exceed 15 years. Today, ten-year limitation is applied. Deputies supported the proposal. The document was adopted in the first reading. Taking into account that the second amendment has been received, the relevant committee shall issue a law-in-draft for adoption in the final reading in the author's edition.

Another supported the Committee the law-in-draft of the speaker decides painful problem in the sphere of individual entrepreneurship. It is about improving the patent system. Existing rules require the extension of the individual entrepreneur's patent exclusively to the administrative-territorial unit, where it is issued, that is, the place of residence of the citizen. The reality is that Pridnestrovian residents, especially those living in areas, are forced to seek employment in the city, and thus acquire the so-called Republican patent gives the right to work in the entire Pridnestrovie. The people in question are tied to a specific workplace in the city, because forced overpayment (a Republican Patent is more expensive than local) is not justified.

Initiative of the government, implying the adjustment of certain provisions of the law "On licensing certain types of activities" has not found support of committee. The author proposed to change the licensing principle to the notification on the permissive, that is written in the law that licensees are verified by the authorized body on the line when they apply.

The Committee has already prepared amendments which will be finalized for the second reading.
