Automation of processes related to the payment of fines

The Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic proposes to introduce additions to the laws "On the organization of the provision of public services" and "On enforcement proceedings" aimed at automating the processes associated with the payment of fines.

Bailiffs will enter information about the debtor's non-payment of fines into the state information system "Electronic Payments" within a day after the issuance of a decision to initiate enforcement proceedings. This will enable debtors to pay the fine online and not provide bailiffs with a paper receipt of payment.

The Committee on Legislation, Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of Citizens will recommend to the deputy corps to adopt the legislations in two readings at once within the framework of one plenary session.
