The Law "On Enforcement Proceedings" will be supplemented with a new article 87-1 "Execution of the requirement contained in the executive document to serve an administrative sentence in the form of compulsory work". The procedure for the execution by a bailiff of an executive document on serving an administrative punishment in the form of compulsory work is prescribed. The bailiff will direct the debtor to the organization to serve compulsory work, explain the rights and obligations and monitor the performance of work. If the debtor evades, a protocol on the administrative offense will be drawn up. Such law-in-draft was considered today by the deputies of the relevant committee on legislation at an online meeting. It was decided to recommend to the deputy corps to support the law-in-draft in the first reading.
