Legislative plans for the near future

In April, the deputies will consider two legislations of anti-crisis nature, whose authors are the president, as well as parliamentarians Aleksandr Korshunov and Peter Pasat. This decision was taken at the meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council that was held today. The Parliament leadership also determined agenda of the next and the next plenary, scheduled to take place on 30 March and 6 April. An important social burden will be borne by the regular order of the Supreme Council of its supervisory body - the Accounting Chamber. During the meeting, the leadership of Parliament also debated the legislative initiative of Slobodzeya District Council to increase to 30% the proportion of the road funds used for reconstruction of the street lighting settlements. Currently the rate is up to 10%. It is reflected in the draft national budget for 2016.

At the end of the meeting of the Presidium the Supreme Council Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Alexander Martynov commented on the abolition of the president's decree "On measures to stabilize the currency market".
