Vladimir Rilyakov, "We are ready to share our experience"

21.06.2018

It was held in the form of a dialogue and in a question-and-answer format with members of the Cabinet of Ministers. Communicating public administrators of two generations has become a kind of prelude to the government's report on the work in 2017 before the deputy corps, which is still to come.

The corresponding report, questions of the deputies of the Supreme Council addressed to the highest executive authority, and the founders of the republic received answers in advance. Therefore, the discussion began with issues of interest to them and the promulgation of their position on various aspects of the social and economic life of the republic. They are many-sided, and many years do not leave the agenda. For example, the collection of parental money in schools and kindergartens, demonstrating the stratification of society.

The first Pridnestrovian deputies drew attention of government leaders to the need for a deeper analysis of the situation in the agro-industrial complex, the development of the meliorative system, and the increase in the area of irrigated land.

Vladimir Rilyakov, a member of the advisory meeting, began his speech from the macroeconomic indicators of the previous year. He noted that it was difficult to make calculations objectively, since last year there was one ruble rate for six months, another half a year.

The discrepancy between the growth of the economy and the lack of a rise in the standard of living was also noticed by the chairman of the advisory meeting of the first Pridnestrovian deputies under the Chairman of the Supreme Council, the first president of the republic Igor Smirnov.

In this regard, the speakers expressed disagreement with the assurances of the government leadership that the standard of living of citizens will increase when the budget becomes deficit-free, and this requires 2-3 years. The founders of the republic suppose that even the most socially unprotected layers of the population now need support, who often choose between "either to be treated, or to eat, or to die".

At the end of the meeting of the advisory meeting of the first Pridnestrovian deputies, the founders of the republic once again expressed their readiness to share the experience of state administration with the current generation of leaders.
