It was organized by the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance.

According to Vadim Krasnoselsky, economy of Pridnestrovie cannot be developed without external investment. That is why the Speaker paid special attention to the necessity to improve the investment climate in the republic, increase its investment attractiveness for foreign investors. In this regard, he urged to forget such phrases as "revision of privatization".
Operating with a variety of statistics, resulting in eloquent examples of economic agents, Alexander Martynov described the evolving situation in the national economy. According to the head of the responsible committee, the Pridnestrovian crisis is structural in nature, real economy is underdeveloped in the republic, a high proportion of public spending, which reaches 50% of gross domestic product. Along with this, there is a low level of employment in the real economy, which is the main donor to the state treasury, expensive loans, low standard of living. Among the most important and urgent tasks to be jointly solved by the authorities, it is, above all, strict maintenance of financial resources payments for socio-protected articles, reducing the tax burden on the real economy, the introduction of a special tax regime for exporting enterprises by introducing in lieu of taxes Organizations income property tax for legal entities and income tax, investment climate improvement, simplification and de-bureaucratization of various licensing procedures.
The executive director of the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs Vladimir Berkovich expressed in his speech the common position of representatives of the industrial sector. He mentioned tax, tariff policy, the development of free competition and equal access to the state order, insurance, working with offshore companies, electronic reporting, improving customs legislation, the recognition of certificates of CIS countries in Pridnestrovie, reclamation, setting the minimum wage, etc. .
These and other problems that hinder development were discussed by representatives of large and small businesses, farmers, builders, transport workers: Oleg Palamarchuk, Vasily Tishchenko, Yuri Glemba, Mikhail Chyrnats, Valentina Zubkova, Yunis Ragimov, Yuri Cheban, Boris Kichiuc. Most of the problems concerned the tax regulation and removal of administrative barriers.
As the chairman of the Supreme Council Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Alexander Martynov pointed out, completing the work of the parliamentary hearings, all mentioned in the course of their comments and suggestions will be compiled, systematized. They will be discussed at the workshops, which will initiate the conduct of the relevant committee, but separately for each sector of the economy. All this is necessary to make appropriate amendments to the existing laws.
