Members of the Presidium discussed the issue of including legislations to the agenda of the plenary sessions. It is scheduled for 16 and 30 May. The list of documents submitted for consideration of the May sessions of the Supreme Council includes amendments to the law "On Banks and Banking Activities in Pridnestrovie", as well as "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs in Pridnestrovie". This law-in-draft is presented in a single package of legislative initiatives. As stated in the explanatory memorandum, "the goal is to simplify procedures related to their forced liquidation".

The agenda of tomorrow's plenary session includes more than 20 legislations. Among them - the law-in-draft "On monthly compensation of some categories of pensioners of the PMR" introduced into the regime of legislative necessity by the President. This refers to the payment of monthly compensation to non-working citizens who receive Pridnestrovian pension, the amount of which does not exceed the minimum pension size by age, i.e. less than 1232 rubles. Supplements in the amount of 100 rubles should be received by more than 30 thousand citizens of Pridnestrovie. Initiative is based on multiple applications of citizens. Corresponding changes will also be included in the law "On the Republican Budget 2018" and the Law "On the Budget of the Unified State Foundation of Social Insurance 2018". The profile parliamentary committee, having considered the initiative of the President, adopted it in the first reading.

Tomorrow, in the course of the plenary session of the deputies, the law-in-draft "On Civil Status Acts" was considered. In particular, this concerns the procedure for issuing birth certificates.

In accordance with the current law "On the Rules of the Supreme Council" legislations can be considered in the first and second reading within one day. Grigory Dyachenko proposed to consolidate in the regulations the same mechanism of adoption resolutions of the Supreme Council in two readings. The initiative of the deputy will be considered during the May plenary session.
