The Supreme Council will soon work out a plan for solving the tasks set by the President

The Parliament leadership and the PMR Supreme Council Presidium members heard the Message of the PMR President, in which tasks for 2023 and the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic were set today.

The tasks addressed to the PMR Supreme Council:

1. To continue work on improvement the mechanism for the effective use of reclamation systems in order to ensure sustainable reproduction of the fertility of agricultural land.

2. To continue work on optimizing the legal mechanism that determines the procedure for the forced termination of rights to land plots in connection with their non-use for their intended purpose, as well as the mechanism for the alienation of objects of construction in progress located on land plots, the rights to which have been terminated.

3. To continue work to improve the legislative norms regulating the procedure for the alienation of ownerless non-residential buildings (premises).

4. To continue work on finalizing the draft Budget Code of the PMR together with the PMR Government and all interested parties.

5. To continue work on improving the mechanisms for managing state property together with the PMR Government.

6. To continue, together with the authorized executive bodies of state power of the PMR, work to create legislative and other mechanisms to improve the conditions of detention of convicts and detainees, including work to create new jobs in penitentiary institutions.

7. Legislate that contracts for payment for housing and utilities by the population should be of a public nature and can be concluded by performing conclusive actions that will lead to simplification of interaction between the population and organizations.

8. Monitor the legislative acts of the PMR in the field of social protection of citizens in order to revise and subsequently update the benefits and guarantees provided to various categories of citizens.

9. To develop and adopt, together with the PMR Government, the state guarantees for the preservation of the rights of all families of deceased participants in the hostilities to protect the PMR, who were registered in need of better housing conditions and excluded in subsequent years from the queue for improving housing conditions on preferential terms together with their families due to death of the PMR defender.

Most of the tasks and assignments are related. The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that the work is to be done jointly.

Committees and commissions of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic will jointly work with state administrations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Finance on the following points:

- to summarize information on the most dangerous sections of road traffic together with the state administrations of cities and regions of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. Take measures necessary to ensure the safety of road users. Renew the markings, install additional road signs, safety islands, improve the quality of the road surface, provide lighting at pedestrian crossings and improve the visibility of the road situation;

- to conduct an inventory and passportization of children's and sports infrastructure (infrastructure of children's playgrounds, sports grounds and their separate elements), infrastructure of recreational zones of subordinate territories and bring them in line with safety requirements together with state administrations and city councils.

- The State Service for Sports of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic should work together with the Government of the PMR and the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic to ensure a sufficient level of funding for sports organizations and events;

- The Ministry of Economic Development of the PMR together with the state administrations of cities and regions of the PMR, the Ministry of Justice of the PMR, the Prosecutor's Office of the PMR, the Supreme Council of the PMR to form a law enforcement practice: in relation to the forced termination of land use rights for plots that are not used for their intended purpose and for the alienation of objects of construction in progress located on land plots, the rights to which have been terminated, as well as on the alienation of ownerless buildings (premises).

- The Ministry of Finance of the PMR together with the Supreme Council and other interested bodies should work out in detail the provisions of the draft Budget Code of the PMR (by blocks of issues) with the organization of work in the relevant areas of budgetary legal relations in order to form mechanisms for implementing the proposed norms in practice.
