A group of deputies of the Supreme Council developed a package of legislative initiatives establishing thirty days for the Government to give the conclusions of the legislations. It is about a document that proposed to increase the approved budget expenditures or decrease revenues. Legislations on introduction or cancellation of taxes, on exemption from their payment, issue of state loans, changes in the financial obligations of the state and other initiatives to expenses covered by the state budget are included in this list.
Proposed by parliamentarians initiatives also include the possibility of review by the Supreme Council of legislations in case of the Government in the corresponding sentence. The authors call this measure forced, but the ability to prevent the unjustified blocking of the legislative process.
The body, which will be obliged to fulfill this requirement, provided a negative opinion on the law-in-draft.
Amendment that provides for a period at the conclusion of the country - 30 working days was supported by parliamentarians in the second reading.
The speaker added that the legislature conducts an audit of legislations, resulting in none of the documents under consideration in the Parliament, "will not lie on the shelves."
Draft laws on amending the Constitution of PMR, the Constitutional Law "On the Government of PMR" and the law "On the Rules of the Supreme Council of PMR" were adopted in the second reading during voting.
