In the course of the next meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council, its members set the agenda of the next plenary. They will take place on 12 and 19 October.
The Parliamentary Committee on Legislation placed for consieration of deputies rejected the law by the President (deputy Oleg Petrik initiative of the Supreme Council), which for late submission of answers to parliamentary inquiries envisaged strengthening of the accountability of officials. The same committee recommended to the Supreme Council to support the legislative initiative of the Government, establishes liability for the creation of the so-called pyramid schemes, as a matter of fact, schemes for weaning from individuals of their funds.
The agenda of the next plenary also included laws governing the specific terms of the highest executive authority to the Supreme Council on the activities of the previous year's report; aimed at protecting workers' rights, guarantees payment of compensation to them different; elimination of double levying alimony in our country and in foreign countries.
Deputies of the Committee of the High Commissioner for AIC Affairs Council, transport, construction, natural resources and ecology recommend colleagues to adopt in the second reading of socially significant project of the MTPL law, taking into account proposals for the inclusion of a provision allowing to provide benefits to vehicle owners, as well as financially encourage drivers for trouble-free driving.
The subject of discussion in parliamentary committees became a law-in-draft eliminating a situation in which the seizure of land transferred to another owner, but the information about it is not entered in the appropriate register. So often collecting land tax refers to as the current owner of the land plot, as well as the former. To eliminate this unfair situation was directed the legislative initiative.
