The President of Pridnestrovie Vadim Krasnoselsky signed a number of laws that were adopted by the deputy corps during the last meeting of the spring session of the parliament.

The amendments and addendum, introduced by the people's representatives to the Housing Code fix the duty of subscribers to conclude agreements with a specialized organization for the export of solid domestic waste (SDW). Now it is present in the legislative base of the republic along with obligation "to pay in due time for living quarters and utilities". At the same time, a contract for the export of solid domestic waste may be concluded both in written form and verbally. The last one is considered to be concluded from the moment of the first actual payment of this service.

The absence of an agreement for the collection and removal of solid domestic waste, as well as the refusal to conclude it entails a warning or an administrative fine on the owners or tenants of residential premises in multi-apartment houses, regardless of the way they are managed in the amount of 20 to 60 MW (calculated level minimum wages).

During the spring session of the plenary session, the parliamentarians made amendments to the law "On payment for land", which were subsequently signed by the President. Their authors were the deputies of the parliamentary committee on agro-industrial complex issues. The document provides for postponing the payment of land tax for the fourth quarter. In accordance with the new norms of the law, agrarian organizations, as well as peasant farms are obliged to pay a fee for the land granted to them for agricultural production once a year until December 20.

The same law provides for the provision of peasant (farm) farms, as well as legal entities engaged in the production of crop production and (or) livestock and having land plots in use or lease, the total size of which does not exceed 200 hectares, budgetary credits for the purchase of fuels and lubricants, fodder, seed and planting materials, fertilizers and pesticides, as well as expenses for the acquisition of young animals for rearing and fattening. The issuance of budgetary credits is carried out by the executive bodies of state power of cities and districts in accordance with the concluded contracts on terms of payment, urgency and repayment. At the same time, the fee for using a budgetary loan is 1% per annum. The term for the provision of borrowed funds is up to one year. The primary right to receive budgetary loans is from peasant (farm) farms that have not received refunds ¾ of the refinancing rate from the republican budget in 2007-2011, as well as those who have not received technical loans from the aid of the Russian Federation in 2008-2011. Granting of budgetary credits can be carried out on the security of property, under the guarantee of third parties with the possible establishment of penalties for failure to fulfill the terms of the contract.

Supplement to the law "On local government, local government and state administration in the PMR" they were given the right to approve the rules for the improvement of the territory of the municipality.
