It is proposed to expand the category of recipients of state subsidies for the purchase of housing. The deputy corps will consider the law-in-draft with amendments to the law "On state support for young families for the purchase of housing" immediately in two readings.
In the version of the law proposed by the Government, two additional categories of young professionals will be able to receive state subsidies for the purchase of housing: health workers with secondary medical education, these are nurses, and pedagogical workers who work in day care homes for children with severe developmental disabilities.
Opportunity to conduct public hearings is provided in an online format. The new format is proposed to be consolidated at the legislative level. The remote form of work has already proved its effectiveness. In particular, holding public hearings over the Internet saves time and money. The Supreme Council will consider the law-in-draft in the second reading in the course of one of the next meetings.
The Parliament will have to consider additions to the law “On local public hearings in the administrative-territorial units of the PMR”. The Government proposes, when considering the reports of local budgets, annual reports on their implementation and issues that are submitted to hearings, to submit reports not only on paper, but also in the form of a presentation. Large amount of text and numbers is better perceived visually according to the developers of the initiative.
The Commissioner for Human Rights in the of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic proposed to amend the Labor Code of the PMR. The new norm of the law concerns the order of priority of granting annual paid leave to employees with three or more children. Parents of large families with children under the age of 12 can choose a convenient time for their annual leave. The Ombudsman proposes to raise this age to 14 years. The deputy corps will consider the law-in-draft in the first reading at one of the next plenary sessions.
