The Supreme Council will consider in the first reading the law-in-draft with amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the republic. These are the laws "On social protection of disabled people", "On additional guarantees for the social protection of orphans and children left without parental care", "On state support for large families" and a number of others.
It is proposed at the legislative level to consolidate food benefits for children of citizens belonging to privileged categories who are trained in state or municipal organizations of preschool and special correctional education, as well as in organizations of general education of all types, organizations of primary, secondary and higher vocational education.
A new type of remote work, temporary, will appear in the Labor Code of the republic. A group of deputies of the Committee on Social Policy proposed to amend the basic law.
Temporary remote work includes remote work for up to six months or alternating telecommuting and employment at the workplace.
The changes that are proposed to be made to the Labor Code will guarantee wages, the mechanism for concluding an agreement and regulate other issues in case of temporary remote work. The Supreme Council will consider the law-in-draft in the second reading at one of the plenary sessions, in accordance with the work schedule.
A group of deputies of the Committee on Social Policy proposed to introduce one more amendments to the Labor Code. The parliamentarians proposed to establish a legal basis for organizing shifts at home for engineering and technical personnel. We are talking about carrying out hemodialysis procedures. A medical professional cannot organize this procedure on his own. According to the current legislation, only doctors and nurses can be on duty at home. They receive an additional payment for each hour of such duty. It is proposed to extend this norm to engineering and technical personnel. The legislative initiative was developed on the basis of an appeal from the Republican Hospital for the Invalids of the Great Patriotic War.
In accordance with the schedule of work of the parliament, the deputy corps at once in two readings will have to consider the law-in-draft with additions to the law "On social protection of war veterans." Participants in military operations during the Great Patriotic War will receive hearing aids free of charge. It is not required to establish a disability group, only medical indications will be needed. 46 combatants of the Great Patriotic War are registered in the cities and regions of the republic. 257 thousand rubles will be additionally allocated to the republican budget of 2022 after the adoption of the law for these purposes.
