The revenues of the consolidated budget are planned at a rate of 2 billion 432 million rubles. This figure is 1.7% higher than the target figures for 2017. Of these, 1 billion 629 million rubles - tax revenues, 73 million rubles - non-tax. The expenditures of the consolidated budget next year will amount to 4 billion 268 million rubles. The figure is almost 10% less than planned for 2017. The projected budget deficit will be 1 billion 836 rubles. Sources have been found to cover the budget deficit. Next year, as before, it is planned to resort to the splitting of some trust funds. 30% of the current receipts of the Road Fund (43.8 million rubles) and 20% of the Ecological (1.3 million rubles) will be used to pay salaries and pensions. Most of the budgetary expenditure is spent on financing health care (513 million rubles, which is 16.7% of the total expenditure) and the social sphere (468 million rubles - 15.2%). Expenses for law enforcement activities will amount to 417.7 million rubles. (13.6%), 261.6 million rubles. (8.5%) - education.

The revenues of the targeted budget funds will amount to 462.7 million rubles: Road fund - 155 million rubles, Environmental - 17.5 million rubles. The revenues of the two funds are higher than the planned figures for 2017. In the next year, a trust fund for capital investments will appear. The list includes objects of the health care and education system, which are in dire need of repair. It is planned that the fund will be filled from two sources: 57.7% of the paid customs duties, as well as part of the unified social tax intended for the purchase of new medical equipment. Expenses for treatment of citizens of Pridnestrovie abroad will be increased to 10 million. There is 4 million rubles amount in the budget of the next year to provide subsidies to milk producers. The financing of the "Textbook" program will continue, expenses in this part will amount to 444 thousand rubles.

Revenues of the republican budget amount to 1 billion 597 million rubles, expenditures - 3 billion 79 million. About 72% of the amount of expenses is socially protected articles. As for the treasury of cities and districts, the incomes are 835 million rubles, expenditures - 1 billion 188 rubles. The total deficit is 353 million. All districts are subsidized, but there is a slight increase in local incomes as compared with 2017. Tiraspol is still a leader. The budget of the capital together with the budget of the city of Dnestrovsk exceeds 261 million rubles. Then Bendery - 180.1 million rubles, Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa district - 144.8 million rubles. The amount of transfers to local budgets will be about 232 million rubles.

The deputy corps adopted the law-in-draft "On the republican budget for 2018", taking into account the amendments. In general, as the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba noted, the law-in-draft submitted by the government is weighted, has a calculated character. Among the deputy amendments adopted today is the creation of a fund of voters' orders. The norm is designed to solve the problems of citizens in the districts. The amount of 4.3 million rubles for these goals will be included in the budget.

Alexander Korshunov noted that the main parameters of the budget will be changed taking into account the amendments adopted by parliamentarians.
