The next meeting of the presidium of the parliament was devoted to the formation of the agenda of the June plenary sessions. The head of the parliamentary committee for education, Mikhail Burla, called on his colleagues to introduce into the agenda of the plenary session on June 20 a law-in-draft on amending the law "On the Republican Budget 2018". The prompt adoption of this document is connected with the admission campaign for higher education institutions.

Parliamentary Mikhail Burla is the author of the legislative initiative that regulates the conduct of an additional set of entrants for training at the expense of the budget of professions that are not in demand for them. Pedagogical and agrarian specialties are meant under it, above all. So, last year as of August 1 (the end of the admission campaign) 173 budget places remained unclaimed.

Pridnestrovie faced with the problem of not only labor migration, but mass departure of Pridnestrovian youth for higher education abroad. This is no accident, that in neighboring Moldova universities are accepted only on the basis of the competition of certificates. Those who are unable to apply for the remaining vacant budget places will be those Pridnestrovian graduates who "fail" examinations in universities of foreign countries and return to the republic.

Earlier, during the discussion of the law-in-draft in the course of the meeting of the profile parliamentary committee, representatives of the Ministry of Finance drew attention to the fact that the main university of the republic reduced the number of budget places in the most popular specialties this year. For example, the Economics Faculty will accept for budgetary education only 6 people per each direction, whereas there were 10 of them before. In this connection, the representatives of the department see the way out of the current situation in the revision of the enrollment enrollment figures. Nevertheless, the draft members of the responsible committee recommended that the deputy corps adopted in the first reading. The basis of this decision is the conviction that it is unacceptable to reduce the number of budget places on unpopular specialties (pedagogical and agrarian). These specialists are in demand on the labor market.

In the course of the meeting of the presidium, Igor Buga, head of the parliamentary committee for public associations, sports, information and youth policy, told his colleagues that a number of draft resolutions of the Supreme Council approving the reports of the editors-in-chief of the state mass media for 2017 will be adopted for the next plenary sessions. They were already heard during the meeting of the responsible parliamentary committee.

At the suggestion of Victor Guzun, head of the Supreme Council for Enterprise Development and Industry, it is planned to update the technical nature of the resolution adopted earlier by the deputy corps, regulating the direction and expenditure of the State Reserve Fund. In addition, the parliamentarian told the members of the presidium about what information and agitation work his colleagues on the committee are currently conducting among potential borrowers. Meetings with them deputies of the Supreme Council and the leadership of the state reserve fund have already been held in Tiraspol, Bendery, Slobodzeya, Grigoriopol, Dubossary, at the end of last week - in Dnestrovsk. Today, a dialogue with entrepreneurs wishing to use repayable funds from a Russian loan will be held in Kamenka and Rybnitsa. So far, the State Reserve Fund received 12 applications. The amount planned for lending is $ 1 million (in Russian currency). Those who want to start a new business can get 10 thousand dollars in equivalent for its development, those who are already engaged in entrepreneurship have the right to expect up to 50 thousand dollars.

The participants of the meeting of the presidium expressed a wish to the profile committee about the preparation of condensed information about the conditions of crediting for its distribution in the electoral districts and in the mass media. Regular plenary sessions are scheduled for June 20 and 27.
