Taking into account the reality

The law "On approval of the state program of development of the agro-industrial complex of the PMR for 2019-2026" is among the strategic documents signed by President Vadim Krasnoselsky. Its main goals are to ensure food security of the republic, import substitution, and growth in export supplies. Emphasis is placed on the development of animal husbandry, vegetable growing, fruit growing, viticulture, and an increase in irrigated area. It is planned to develop processing facilities. The sources of funding for the implementation of the activities in the document are identified in the state program. These are funds of landowners, bank loans, loans of the state reserve fund, subsidies and state subsidies.

After the signing by the President, regular amendments and addenda to the law “On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy of the PMR” came into force. In accordance with the new norms, agricultural producers are entitled to receive preferential targeted loan for the development of animal husbandry, increase in the number of cattle. The funds will be issued to farmers for “the purchase of unfinished, long-term and short-term biological assets (animals and plants)”. Among the recipients of loans, the 7-percent rate for which is subsidized by the state, and agricultural producers who plan to acquire equipment for land reclamation.

The President signed a law amending the Administrative Code. In accordance with his concept, the President has the right to cancel decision of the authorized executive body of the government in relation to foreign citizen or stateless person on not permitting entry to the PMR or on the undesirability of staying (living) in the republic. In addition, the law provides grounds for refusing foreign citizens and stateless persons entry into Pridnestrovie, as well as deciding the undesirability of their stay (residence) in the country.

Signed by the President Law amended the Law on Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection. In accordance with it, if information is found in information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, to participate in mass (public) events held in violation of the procedure established by law, as well as information containing other signs of extremist activity, the prosecutor of the republic or his deputies should send to the authorized executive body of the state in the field of information technologies er to restrict access to information resources, to disseminate such information.

That, in turn, sends a request to telecommunication operators to take measures to restrict access to the information resource that disseminates such information. The hosting provider is sent a notice demanding to take measures to remove information that is contrary to the current legislation of the PMR.
