The work on improving the new tax legislation continues. The package of legislations was considered at today's plenary session. The basis of legislative initiatives is the appeal of individual entrepreneurs who have been working under the new tax system since April. They were offered a choice of three modes: patent, simplified taxation system, regime for self-employed persons.
The first of the changes examined today concerns individual entrepreneurs operating under the simplified system. The state compensates for the costs associated with the purchase of thermal printers. Technique needed to print checks. The amount of compensation will be 55 MW.
Another change concerning those working on the "simplified payment system" was initiated by deputies of the relevant committee. It is proposed to reduce the amount of social payment to entrepreneurs-beneficiaries. At present, self-employed and patent holders have this privilege. Parliamentarians are confident that the principle of social justice must be observed for all three tax regimes.
In addition, the benefits will affect single parents raising disabled children under the age of 18 years. The benefit will be 70%. Tax relief applies to self-employed and working under the patent. “I am confident that this group of citizens must be supported,” concluded Viktor Guzun.
The legislations are adopted in the first reading.
