Three plenary sessions are planned before the end of the spring session. They will be held on the 4th and 11th of July. The agenda of tomorrow's, the 13th meeting of the V session of the sixth convocation includes approximately thirty legislations and regulations. Among them there are amendments to the law "On the organization of the provision of public services". They establish the legislative basis for the provision of services using information and telecommunication technologies. According to the President, the developer of the initiative, this approach has a number of advantages. Among them there is availability of information on the public services portal, the elimination of bureaucratic delays due to the introduction of the electronic document management system, the reduction of corruption risks arising from personal communication with government officials and a number of others.

The process of obtaining documents will be much more convenient. To this end, the law introduces new articles that establish requirements for inter-agency information interaction in the provision of public services.

Lawmakers also plan to discuss amendments to the law "On OSAGO" on Wednesday. The government once again proposes to transfer from 1 July this year to 1 January 2019 the beginning of the norm that prescribes the acquisition of Pridnestrovian insurance by owners of vehicles of both foreign countries and Pridnestrovie. This is due to the need to equip the appropriate infrastructure at the checkpoints, which provides for the presence of representative offices of insurance companies. They operate to date only at 10 of the 55 border crossings.

Tomorrow the government's report on the results of its activities for 2017 will be heard and answers to questions previously prepared by lawmakers. The President, members of the government, chairmen of the Investigation Committee, the Accounts Chamber, the Constitutional, Supreme, Arbitration Courts, the republic's prosecutor, the Human Rights Commissioner, the heads of state administrations of cities and districts, the chairmen of the city councils are invited to discuss it.

Lawmakers at tomorrow's plenary meeting will also consider the idea of appointing a deputy prosecutor of the republic. He will be instructed to conduct a separate direction of the prosecutor's office - the maintenance of public prosecution in court.

The list of issues that parliamentarians are to consider until mid-July is a series of amendments to the law "On an Individual Business Patent". In particular, it is proposed to clarify the list of some goods that are prohibited for production and (or) sale by individual entrepreneurs. Deputies Galina Antyufeeva and Oleg Petrik are also proposing to supplement the law with a norm that eliminates ambiguous understanding of the rules for granting privileges and preferences when registering and paying an individual entrepreneur's patent to pensioners.

As you know, a working group has been formed to develop a strategy for the development of the republic for the next eight years. It was decided in the course of the meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council that was held on June 18, to include Alexander Korshunov, chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance, and Mikhail Burla, head of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture. As the head of the parliament Alexander Shcherba announced today, he received proposals on the structure of this program document from the parliamentary committees.
