Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba held the first in the autumn session reception on personal issues. Svetlana Bubnova, who came from Rybnitsa, complains that the court executors do not comply with the court decision taken earlier. Representatives of this civil service get up and say that they are not able to execute the court decision, since the owner has changed. Unpleasant relations with neighbors over the land and housing was already the seventeenth year, five of them neighbors conducted in the courts on mutual claims.

Speaker promised, the relevant legislation will be analyzed. It is possible that bailiffs need to be given additional powers so that court decisions do not remain without movement.

Chairman of the House Committee of the HBC in Pravda street, 17 Natalia Kubatkina expressed disagreement with the centralization of the functions of passport control and control. A quarter of a century in the housing construction cooperative was a passport holder whose work was paid by his members. As a result of the reorganization, residents now have to go to the appropriate authorities for each certificate, which for many, especially pensioners, is not very convenient.

The head of the legislative branch of government supposes that these important issues for every citizen of the republic should be dealt with by state bodies, and the employees of passport control agency should be civil servants.

Natalia Kubatkina also asked the speaker for assistance in resolving the issue of establishing direct subscriber relations with MUP "Spetsavtohozyaistvo".

Alexander Shcherba informed the visitor that he would instruct the members of the profile committee to study the problem.

Workers of the Moldavian railway, living in Bendery came at the reception to the speaker. They again raised the issue of taking into account the length of service for the appointment of a working time pension, which is under the jurisdiction of Moldova. Corresponding explanations were given by the head of the department of the parliamentary committee for social policy Tatyana Sevastyanova. According to her, the practice of the post-Soviet states testifies: the record of the length of service, calculation of pensions and their payment is made from the fund into which the employee deducted insurance contributions from wages. Accordingly, he left for a well deserved rest and should have a pension. The Chairman of the Supreme Council, Alexander Shcherba, acknowledged that a number of enterprises in the security zone have specific jurisdiction, including the Moldovan Railway.

At the same time, he considers, it is impossible to change the existing pension system, especially as it is based on the principles that exist in other states, including Russia.
