The agenda of the next plenary session was oversaturated - only the main agenda included 91 issues affecting various aspects of life of the state and society, the economy and social sphere.

Deputy corps supported the legislative initiative of deputies Oleg Vasilaty and Galina Antyufeeva to amend certain provisions of the current law "On administrative-territorial system of PMR". They concern the equivalent of writing the name of the rural settlement Giska / Gyska located near Bendery. Due to the fact that there were discrepancies in the name of this village, in the 2011 presidential campaign, the registration of one of the candidates for the highest office after collecting their signatures in support of the nomination, which he carried out including in Giska / Gyska, his opponents tried to challenge in court.

Supported by the Supreme Council the draft law "On amendments to the Law of PMR "On State Pensions in PMR" aimed at  raising the level of social security of widows of participants of local conflicts. Members of parliament Igor Buga and Andrei Safonov were in the role of the authors. The adoption of a legislative decision on the additional financial support of the citizens for excellence and outstanding achievements were at the same row. The rules of the updated law will apply not only to those who have received state awards during the existence of Pridnestrovian statehood, but also awarded during the Soviet era.

Parliamentarians supported the legislative initiative of the Government, which states that in case of liquidation, bankruptcy, termination of activities of the economic entity, its leaders are obliged to hand over documents on staff of employees in the state archives. This will enable them later in retirement to confirm in the organs of social security length of service by obtaining the relevant certificate from the State Archives.

There is a norm in a legal environment of the republic , according to which the decision to close rural schools was adopted at the gathering of the village. Lawmakers during the plenary session expanded the list of rural libraries, houses of culture and museums.

There will be provisions for the first time in the legislation of Pridnestrovie, allowing to establish administrative and criminal responsibility for the creation of "financial pyramids".

Colleagues supported the legislative initiative of the deputy Vadim Krasnoselsky, according to which a person who has been recognized in accordance with the current legislation the labor veteran, should be awarded a certificate and a badge.

The proposal of their colleague Vadim Levitsky regarding expand the rights and powers of bailiffs in respect of cash collection with various types of debtors, for example, pay child support found understanding of legislators. In particular, the initiative was supported at the request of the State Service of Bailiffs deprive debtors right to drive vehicles, provided that it is registered for a debt of more than 200 RU MW. Currently, the law exists in Pridnestrovie similar to the Russian, according to which the debtor is prohibited from traveling outside the republic.
