Members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council discussed the issues on the additional agenda of today's plenary session. Among them – there is a law-in-draft, introduced for consideration in the legislative necessity by the President - the draft law "On Amending the PMR Law "On Personal Data". The initiative is designed to ensure the possibility of implementing on the territory of the country charitable social projects aimed at providing support to various categories of citizens and associated with the need to process personal data.
The agenda also includes submitted by the President in the regime of legislative necessity to change some of the legislative acts of PMR. They are aimed at the most prompt regulation of issues related to the use of goods or vehicles transported across the customs border of PMR, to reduce administrative barriers and to eliminate double licensing.
Today, as planned, lawmakers will consider the law-in-draft "On the Republican Budget for 2017" in the third and final reading.
Deputies at one of the next meetings will discuss the law-in-draft of Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic on introducing amendments to the law "On Education". Deputy Vitaly Kalin proposes to include in the composition of psycho-pedagogical help and speech therapy, in order to expand the assistance provided to children experiencing difficulties in mastering basic general education programs, development and social adaptation. According to the Ministry of Education, currently in Pridnestrovie there is a system of providing speech therapy for children with disabilities of speech development. It includes: "Special (correctional) general education boarding school for deaf children" in Tiraspol; "Bendery kindergarten compensating type No. 9"; "Kindergarten of compensating type No. 1 "Little Red Riding Hood", Dubossary (for children with general speech underdevelopment); Speech therapy groups in the organizations of preschool education and general education. At the same time, not all organizations of general education work as speech therapists, as a result of which the temporary disorder of the child's speech is not corrected and grows into a permanent one, which accompanies him all his life.
The profile committee, having considered the initiative, recommended colleagues to adopt it in the first reading.
The next plenary session of the Supreme Council is scheduled for July 5.
