The President Vadim Krasnoselsky signed the law “On Approval of the State Targeted Program “Support and Development of Entrepreneurship in the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic” for 2019-2021”. It consists of two sections: “Buy Pridnestrovian!” and “Business School Functioning”. Under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Tiraspol, Bendery, Rybnitsa, courses for start-up entrepreneurs will be organized.
The total amount of state program financing is 3.6 million rubles. This year it is planned to allocate 1.1 million rubles. These are funds of the special fund for development of entrepreneurship, the parameters of which were approved by the Supreme Council by the law on the republican budget for 2019. Entrepreneurship will receive state support on a long-term and systematic basis with the introduction of the state program.
Amendments and additions made to the law “Special tax regime - simplified taxation system” signed by the President relate to the use of compensation mechanisms by the state for individual entrepreneurs who have bought thermal printers for printing checks of cash registers (online cash registers). The amount of compensation for the tax on revenue will be 55 MW. Individual entrepreneurs will be required to document the cost of purchasing a printer to get tax breaks.
By the same law, 70 percent benefit in the form of a reduction in the size of the unified social tax, compulsory insurance premium, income tax is established for the following categories of persons: single parents (divorced parent who has not remarried); widow (widower) who has not entered into (not entered into) re-marriage; parent indicated in the birth certificate of a child who has not entered into marriage, or persons replacing them (adopter, guardian, caregiver), raising a disabled child under the age of 18 years and (or) having a disabled person from his / her dependency; one of the parents raising a disabled child under the age of 18 who requires constant care, and (or) having a disabled person with dependent since childhood; spouses who have not remarried, and parents of participants in hostilities to protect Pridnestrovie who died (dead, missing) in the performance of military and official duty; orphans and children left without parental care, studying in educational institutions on full-time (full-time) form of education, until the end of their studies, but no later than before they reach the age of 25 years; retirees, as well as recipients of other types of pensions; members of large families; spouses who have not remarried, and the parents of the deceased due to injury, contusion, injury or illness associated with participation in hostilities, participants in hostilities to protect the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic; participants in hostilities to protect Pridnestrovie; participants in hostilities in local wars and armed conflicts on the territory of other states.
Higher benefits are for people with disabilities. 90% reduction in the size of the unified social tax, compulsory insurance contribution, income tax for disabled people of groups I and II and 75% for disabled people of the third group is envisaged.
