The Chairman of the Supreme Council informed the members of the Presidium that the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky had planned a number of meetings with the heads of cities and districts. Deputies of the Supreme Council and city district councils are invited to these meetings.
The Parliament Speaker said in addition that the plenary session, which is scheduled for June 16, will be fully devoted to the Government's report on the work for 2020.
The Presidium of the Supreme Council has supplemented the agenda of the next plenary sessions with a package of legislations, which were considered by the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex Issues the day before.
A number of legislations, which the deputy corps will consider at one of the next plenary sessions, contain proposals for changing the norms of the Housing Code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. One of the draft laws concerns the mechanism of payment for the maintenance of elevators. Settlement with specialized organizations takes place through housing office or cooperative today. Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Agro-Industrial Complex Issues Anton Onufrienko proposed to change the payment scheme so that the payment for the maintenance of the elevators would be transferred directly to the elevator enterprises.
After the amendments to the Housing Code come into force, the legal services of specialized elevator organizations will be directly involved in working with debtors.
A number of changes to the Housing Code were proposed by the Government. The norm will appear in the law that will regulate the transfer of non-residential premises into residential ones. Until now, the basic law has only been spelled out how to transfer residential buildings or residential premises to non-residential ones. The conditions and procedure for the transfer of non-residential premises into residential ones will be determined by the executive body of state power, which is in charge of the regulation of housing relations.
The Supreme Council will consider the draft State Target Program "Restoration and Development of the Pridnestrovian Melioration Complex for 2021–2026" in the first reading, at one of the next plenary sessions. As a result of the joint work of state authorities and land users, objects were selected, as well as costs and an action plan for the restoration work of the reclamation complex were determined. The program is designed for 6 years.
It is planned to restore irrigation on 36.9 thousand hectares by 2026 increase the yield to 80% and the percentage of providing the population with food of its own production. In addition, the program is aimed at expanding the raw material base for the processing industry and creating additional jobs.
