The next two plenary sessions of the parliament are scheduled for November 1 and 15. In the course of today's meeting of the Presidium of the Supreme Council, its participants outlined the nearest plans for lawmaking.

People's representatives at one of the forthcoming sessions the plan to approve a new version of the unified state registers of immovable cultural heritage. On the eve of the initiative to revise and supplement it, the deputies of the responsible parliamentary committee on education, science and culture supported. Currently there is a register, compiled in 2002. Over the past time, a number of monuments, according to the results of the state historical and cultural examination of the recognized cultural heritage of immovable objects, has significantly increased due to monuments of archeology (more than 1,700 objects). According to Mikhail Burla, if the deputy corps of the unified state register of immovable cultural heritage sites is approved, there will be a lot of work in the future to clarify and streamline the addresses of their location.

In the near future parliamentarians also have to decide on the legislative initiative of the Supreme and Arbitration Courts. It is proposed to deprive the prosecutor's office of the power to reclaim from court cases on administrative violations. Earlier, within the framework of legislative support for the return of powers previously lost by the prosecutor's office, deputies of the Supreme Council gave the supervising authority such a right. The bodies of the judiciary consider this to be groundless. During the consideration of the law-in-draft at the meeting of the profile parliamentary committee, the republic's public prosecutor described it as dissonant with a general tendency to return prosecutors' previous powers. Official representatives of the Supreme Court and the Arbitration Court suppose that, within the framework of the trial, prosecutors are given the opportunity to get acquainted with its materials, to make copies of any documents on the cases in question, but with one condition - exclusively in the court building, since this body is responsible for their safety. The final decision on this issue to parliamentarians is to be taken in the framework of the plenary session. Their colleagues from the parliamentary committee on legislation are proposing to reject this law-in-draft.

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba informed members of the Presidium about the meeting of the leadership of the parliament with the vice speaker of the State Duma, head of "The United Russia" parliamentary faction Sergey Neverov held on the eve. In the course of the dialogue, issues were discussed, the resolution of which worries the Pridnestrovian people.
