The State Support

The President of the Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky signed a number of laws, adopted earlier by parliamentarians.

In this series, the law "On the promotion of entrepreneurial activity in certain territories of the PMR". Vadim Krasnoselsky initiated its consideration by the legislature, while still being the Chairman of the Supreme Council.

The essence is in the application of incentive measures for those entrepreneurs who will operate in the so-called lagging areas with low consumer demand. Tax incentives, discounts on the rental of municipal property and additional advice on doing business are provided for them.

The law, signed by the President, aims to improve the social infrastructure in those regions, mostly rural, where there is a shortage of outlets and pharmacies. To assess the level of social and economic status of certain parts of cities and regions, as well as to identify those that may qualify for state support, are intended to state administrations. City and district councils will have to approve programs to stimulate entrepreneurial activity in these territories. Their validity period is 10 years with a possible extension for another 5 years.

The fee for the patent by 70% will be reduced, and legal entities with a 50 percent discount on income tax will be provided for individual entrepreneurs who will work in areas with lagging entrepreneurial activity. The rates will be preferential for the rental of state or municipal property.

In accordance with the law on amending the law “On the republican budget for 2018” signed by the president, state support will be received by the state. Bendery recreation centers “Dream” and “Frigate”, sports camp “Youth” will be exempted from arrears of rent for the use of state-owned forest fund land to the republican and local budgets existing as of September 1, 2018.

In addition, the law prescribes the government to monitor and study similar cases of arrears to the republican and local budgets for institutions and other immovable property on the balance of state and municipal bodies, local governments, state and municipal institutions, within three months and consider the possibility of paying off debts.
