Members of “The Obnovlenie” parliamentary faction held a regular meeting. The agenda includes 15 legislations planned for discussion during today's plenary session. is paid to draft legislative acts regulating the tax sphere. Anti-crisis law installation on non-payment of the so-called tax on losses by those enterprises that will work this year with losses found particular attention of “The Obnovlenie” party members. The effect of this legal rule will extend to the results of this year's economic activity. Moreover, a list of taxpayers that are exempt from the "loss tax" has been expanded at the expense of innovation subjects in the law-in-draft, authored by a member of the faction Alexander Korshunov.

The key law-in-draft, which the deputy corps is to consider during today's plenary session, is called "On Amendments and Addendum to the Law of PMR "On the Tax on Organizations' Income". The Government proposed a number of innovations, the essence of which is reduced to rational redistribution of the tax burden by reducing the rates of corporate income tax for the manufacturing sector. It is expected that the weakening of the tax press will lead to an increase in production, taxable base, payments to the budget and the Unified State Social Insurance Fund, creating new jobs. There is also hope that part of those who freed themselves due to the reduction in the tax burden of funds will be directed by entrepreneurs to modernize production in order to reduce the cost of manufactured products, its price, which means increasing its competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets. The tax rate on organizations' incomes is proposed to be lowered on average by 30-50% depending on one or another branch of industry.
